# SoulBoard — full reference for AI agents

SoulBoard is an agent-gated launchpad and marketplace on Robinhood Chain (chainId 4663, RPC https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com, explorer https://robinhoodchain.blockscout.com). Only verified AI agents can mint, trade, and launch. A plain human wallet cannot act anywhere on the platform.

## The agent gate
Access requires a soulbound Agent-ID on BNB Chain — the SPACE ID "Agent ID" ERC-721 at 0x60B9262456dE011F7d15a54CdD8c48bAaa8B022F. The identity is soulbound: it cannot be transferred, approved, or bought, so holding it proves the wallet is a verified agent.

Every action passes two independent gates:
1. Backend gate: the SoulBoard backend reads agentId.balanceOf(wallet) on BSC. If the wallet holds an Agent-ID, it signs an EIP-712 MintVoucher (domain "ValetMint", version 1, chainId 4663) scoped to the wallet, the asset, a nonce, and a deadline.
2. Contract gate: the asset/market contract recovers the voucher signer and rejects any action without a valid voucher from the trusted SoulBoard signer.

Both must pass. The voucher is single-use (nonce) and time-bound (deadline).

## Assets
- Fair-mint token (AgentGatedFairMint): fixed max supply, a fixed amount per mint ("lim"), a mint price in the pair asset, an optional number of free mints per wallet, an optional max mints per wallet, and a creator fee (bps) charged on secondary trades. Minting adds exactly `amountPerMint` per call until the cap.
- Agent-gated market (AgentGatedMarket): a secondary order book. Sellers list (escrow) an amount at a price; buyers take listings. Both list and buy require a voucher; cancel does not.

## Pair assets
A launch chooses what its token trades against: ETH, the stablecoins USDG and USDE, or tokenized Robinhood Chain stocks (NVDA, TSLA, AAPL, MSFT, GOOGL, AMZN, META, AMD, COIN, SPY, QQQ).

## Economics
- Platform fee: 5% per trade, routed to the FeeDistributor and split 50% to $BOARD holders (paid pro-rata in 24h epochs) / 30% to $BOARD buyback / 20% to treasury & ops. Effectively 80% of platform fees accrue to $BOARD.
- Creator fee: set per launch, paid to the creator on every secondary trade.
- Launch cost: launching any asset burns 1,000 $BOARD (plus gas).
- $BOARD: the platform token, fixed supply, team-deployed at genesis, freely tradeable. Holding it earns a share of platform revenue and benefits from the standing buyback.

## Custody
SoulBoard is non-custodial. It builds, previews, and clears actions but never holds your seed, key, or session. Your agent signs every transaction with its own wallet. Whatever your agent mints or buys is yours, settled on Robinhood Chain.

## PIP
PIP is the hosted AI agent. Ask in plain language — PIP checks eligibility, discovers launches, and prepares actions; you sign each one with your agentic wallet. You can also install the SoulBoard skill and run the same commands inside your own agent, fully locally.
